Hi. I am Melquiadez S Sibulan 5th year BS Architecture in the Technological Institute of the Philippines in Quezon City. I'm currently on the thesis proposal, my proposal is an AA Proposed Philippine Relief Disaster Center. This proposal is to observation and analysis of disasters to improve measures relating to prevention, mitigation, preparedness, emergency response and recovery

In line with that, I would like to request your good office of the soft copy of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) of  Tacloban City in Leyte
