Good Day! I am Fritz Michael Villanueva, an Architecture Student from the University of Santo Tomas College of Architecture. I am writing this request as part of my Undergraduate Thesis, titled The Bangsamoro Parliament Hall: an Assimilation of Moro Islamic Influences in Civic Architecture. I would like to request a copy of the following: 1. Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) and 2. Zoning Ordinance of the City of Cotabato
