October 16, 2020 Dear Gerald, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 16, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) and zoning ordinance for the province of Batangas. Please be informed that Comprehensive Land Use Plan is being conducted by the Local Government while DPWH is mandated to undertake (a) the planning of infrastructure, such as national roads and bridges, flood control, water resources projects and other public works, and (b) the design, construction, and maintenance of national roads and bridges and major flood control systems, hence, it advised that you may direct your concern to Provincial Capitol of Batangas or to each municipality in the concerned province.
