Hi, I would like to request a file or information on the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Zoning of the following: Mabalacat, Pampanga Lucena City, Quezon Province Meycauayan, Bulacan Albay, Bicol *I was directed to tag the Department of Agrarian Reform by MalacaƱang Records Office(MRO), since they do not have these infomation on their file, and the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board(HLURB) is not yet enrolled here in eFOI.*
