Greetings! My name is Ivana Joyce Villalobos, and I am currently a 5th-year student at Batangas State University- The National Engineering University. I am writing to formally request the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) and Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) documents pertaining to the Subic Bay Freeport, as part of my ongoing architectural thesis research.
