Hi! I would like to request data on railway infrastructure projects/developments in the Philippines. I'm hoping to obtain information similar to DPWH Atlas (but for railways). See for reference: https://www.dpwh.gov.ph/dpwh/2019%20DPWH%20ATLAS/index.htm
It may include, but not limited to, the following details: length, type, status/condition, region/location, cost, and other technical information.
Particularly, I'm looking for 2016 and 2020 data to compare the progress of these infrastructure projects.

2) List of existing Rail Transport Infrastructure projects by type/classification, by Status/Condition, by location/region (2016-2020)
3) List of existing Rail Transport Infrastructure by Cost Estimate and Funding Source (2016-2020)
4) Number of Passengers and Revenues by Railways (2016-2020)
5) Number of Passengers, Load Factor, and Revenues of Metro Rail Transit, Light Rail Transit, and Megatren (2016-2020)
6) Total Length of Rail Tracks By Project Per Region (2016-2020)
7) Total Volume of Goods Transported by rail per region (2016-2020)
8) Railway Performance Index Score (Quality of Service, Safety, Intensity of Use, etc.) (2016-2020)
9) Average operating speed of Rail transport per project (2016-2020)
I understand that some of these data might not be available in your repository. Would very much appreciate if you could refer me to the proper channels.
