Hi. The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) issued Memorandum Circular No.2020-07 Series of 2020 directing all government offices to designate a Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART). We would like to request for the composition of CART from the Department of Budget and Management.

Thank you for your request dated 17 May 2023, under the Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) or the Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

In your request, you asked for the composition of Committee on Anti-Red Tape Authority (CART) from the Department of Budget and Management.

Response to your request:

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide the requested information.
