Thank you for your request dated Jan. 26, 2024, made under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You have requested for the Complete Manual and Guidelines of Oplan Sita .

Please be informed that we do not have a manual for the OPLAN SITA and that what we have is the Letter of Instruction 27/08 otherwise known as the PNP Campaign Plan Against Motorcycle-Riding Criminals dated November 25, 2008. Copy of which was sent through your email address you indicated in your request.

Your right to request a review
