You requested for the “Complete List of 4Ps Beneficiaries/Members in Calatrava, Romblon”. Although you indicated the purpose of your request as “General Reference Research”, you also said that you wish to check if your family is on the General List of beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) in Calatrava, Romblon. 

If you indeed wish to verify if your family is on the General List of 4Ps beneficiaries in Calatrava, Romblon, please give us the complete names of your family members and we shall verify whether or not they are in said General List.

Thank you for the prompt response. I am glad that I have been granted  with my request. Earlier, I just said that the purpose of the requested document is to see to it whether we are part of the 4Ps benefeciaries though I was actually referring to my cousin's family and not ours. Maybe I am just having too much involvement on my cousin's issue since I am the one authorized by him to do the application. By the way, my cousin's name is CHRISTOPHER MAGAY MANTES who is said to be the benefeciary in the 4Ps program. 
I am hopinb that you could double check his name whether or not he is on the list of benefeciaries of the said program. Thank you

Thank you for your clarification that you only wish to verify if your cousin, CHRISTOPHER MAGAY MANTES, is in the list of the beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program.

The list of the beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program is uploaded on the website of the DSWD. This means that the information you requested is already publicly available. Consequently, we are constrained to deny your request.

Incidentally, we checked said list and did not find your cousin’s name on it. You may wish to check the list for yourself. You may find the list here: https://data.dswd.gov.ph.
