Your request You requested information on the following, with regard to the SAP beneficiaries of the Municipality of Capalonga, Camarines Norte for public information: (1) List of the SAP for the Municipality of Capalonga; and (2) Total SAP budget for municipality of Capalonga Total amount disbursed per barangay. Response to your request Unfortunately, the DSWD can only grant data requested for number (2) because (1) is not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Thus, we are constrained to deny number (1). Thus, the DSWD can only partially grant your request and we shall refer your request with respect to this matter to the proper DSWD office. As to the publication of names, the Department of Interior and Local Government has already ordered each barangay to publish the SAP beneficiaries. Thus, you could inquire at each barangay in Capalonga, Camarines Norte regarding this matter. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary ROLANDO JOSELITO D. BAUTISTA at DSWD-Central Office, IBP Road Batasan Pambansa Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
