To Whom This May Concern:
Good day!
I wish to have a complete and necessary guidelines or specific rules on Local Government Code that details the process on how IRA Allocation/Appropriations is made in the Municipal Level.
I wish to have an information that would allow me to be enlightened if late IRA Budget allocation is allowed to be supplemented to an already implemented hard municipal project.
Please help me to find and gather specific provision in Local Government Code that would assist us for the information.
Thank you and More Power!
