Since assuming his post, Melchor B. Dizon has taken a number of controversial actions such as changing the agency complaint policies without notifying OFWs, having non-transparent meetings with suspected human traffickers, removing English language complaint forms, and refusing to discipline agencies or forward complaints to the POEA.

These actions have resulted in significant complaints against Melchor B. Dizon and I would like to know the number, nature, and result of all complaints submitted against Melchor B. Dizon for the past 2 years.
