My number has been deactivated from DITO and my sim in SMART won't activate - the number isn't even ported on the sim they provided to me. It's been 24 hours now still the same. I called there customer service and they don't even know what they are doing. They asked me to sim reg on their website. Even if my number was not ported yet on the sim, I still have blank sim and when I tried to register in in sim reg for smart the number is detected not of a different network. Now this number I ported to smart is linked to all my account that with no access until now

Until now, hind pa activated yung sim # ko, and I cannot access my online wallet since it does needs OTP. Tumawag ako sa customer service *888 na mga walang silbi hindi alam ang sinasabi. SInabihan akong sim reg ko daw. Ewan ko anlng kung may utak yung customer service service - ni hindi pa nga na link yung number ko sa sim. Pano mag si-sim reg- na wala nang service ang DITO number ko at di ma detect sa website nila na non-smart/tntn ang number ko
