Hi Sir/Ma'am, Greetings I am writing this email to file a complaint to Converge ICT Solutions Inc for cutting our internet line due to their poor system-slow procedure of posting of payments. We already paid last March 3, 2021 and April 20, 2021 and compiled all necessary documents with proof that we are paid (13k +) and no balance but then they still cut our line last May 1, 2021. I sent them a complaint letter to their head office and received by one of their employees (see attached). I hope you could help us to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you very much
