I wish to obtain copies of documents relating to the complaint policies/procedures for OFWs in Hong Kong SAR. Specifically, -Any written procedures or policies (published or unpublished) that detail the complaint procedures for OFWs -The policy of POLO-HK in handling complaints relating to POEA or POLO-HK Agency Undertaking Violations -The policy of POLO-HK when handling complaints relating to money laundering or other offenses not covered in POEA Rules and Regulations -The policy of POLO-HK to forward some cases to the POEA but adjudicate other cases in Hong Kong SAR
