I just want to know where can I file a complaint regarding the change of inclusion of my contract to Globe telecom and for not attending my concern.
My contract is for two years with monthly bill of 1,499.00 only but due to their migration they changed it into 1,699.00+99.00 (for unli call in tm/globe) without my consent.
Also, since July 08 2021, I already reported to their team that we do not have internet connection, and yet do not receive any confirmation that they will fix it.
Today is the 24th day that we do not have internet connection.
