COMPLAINT AGAINST SMART COMMUNICATION.
I am Mirasol Alegre, a bank frontliner. I have a postpaid account with Smart with number 09088885162. Please help me to request refund and damages with Smart Communication. I already signed a new contract with them for downgrade from Plan 1499 to 250 but they still continued in charging me the prev plan. Kindly refer to the attachment that their store in sm megamall had me signed last 2019. Despite of my follow up requests for the downgrade via their public affairs, fb chats and calling their hot line many times to follow up the new c
