I have an urgent problem relating to having my new modem set to full bridge... Getting support took more than 12 hours to get a hold of a live person, and this is only via email. I already agreed to pay any fees to complete my request but it has been 12 hours and still nothing... Overall, I was not able to work since Monday due to this issue.
