Dear Ms. Katherine,
Unfortunately, I do not have the complete case title. For the complete case number, I am not sure which one is correct since these 2 numbers were both noted on the SC decision with G.R. No. 176466. The 2 case numbers mentioned on the decision are
NLRC-NCR NORTH SEC Case No. 00-01-12481-03
and
NLRC-NCR North Sector Case No. 00-10-12481-03
Please take note of the difference between the two. The first one has "01" as the second set of numbers, while the other case no. has "10". Perhaps it was a typographical error. So, would you mind checking again and see if there is a record for NLRC-NCR NORTH SEC Case No. 00-01-12481-03?
As to the name of Complainant and Respondent, it should be ROLAN E. BUENSALIDA and TEGIMENTA CHEMICAL PHILS./VIVIAN D. GARCIA respectively.
The date of filing according to the transcript of the SC decision I mentioned above, was October 27, 2003.
