Hi Ntc We applied for converge home internet and they charged us to pay installation fees ( they are saying is upfront fees that part of the whole application and installation process). They forced your to pay it within 7 days otherwise the application will not be processed. After payment, they will email you back to pay again but on the second time, i didnt pay because its been almost a month and they arent doing anything. No installation, no update, basically they took the money and didnt processed.. Then after that they will not push through with no refund. Please investigate their modus
