Hi, I would like to file a formal complaint against Smart Communications. I called them last August 9 to renew my plan and until now Im still waiting for the device. I called 4 times: August 13, 25, 27 and September 2, but all they say is that they will escalate it. If they cannot fulfill their promises, I dont think they are capable of continuing to serve their customers. Need help in looking into this matter. If not only for the freebie that costs so much, I wont wait for the device.
