Hello, patulong po tungkol sa bayantel/globe. Last year po kasi sira ung phone namin bago mag lock down, tapos nung nalift na po ung lockdown, pinapaayos po nmin ung phone and dsl, apparently hindi daw pwede mag request job order ng hindi nasettle ung balance, edi binayaran po nmin, tpos for adjustment nlng po. Tpos naayos lng po nung around november and nagbayad prn kami nung months na sira ung phone and dsl, tpos nalaman ko rin po may extra charge samin monthly kaya ang laki ng bill, since ndi na sila nagbbgay ng SOA, tpos ngyn pinutol lng nila line nmin. Hnd na nmin macontact. Kht sa hotlin
