I was told I can upgrade my plan and downgrade anytime without fees. I was also offered a discount if I upgrade. I accepted the offer and when the bill came, the discount was not applied and when I wanted to downgrade, I would need to pay for a pre termination fee. Which was not what I was told. What’s the course of action I should take to file a complaint against this carrier? What are the requirements?

March 30, 2021 Dear Dare Dagsil, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 30, 2021 02:18:03 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked how to file a complaint against Globe. Response to Request: In reference to your request, may we advise you to contact our Consumer Welfare and Protection Division (CWPD) for that particular complaint on deceiving transactions pertaining to telecommunications services. However, may we also suggest that you make clarifications again to the concerned company and ensure that you have signed a Memorandum Of Agreement on that transactions or better read well the terms and conditions.
