Hi, I would like to file a complaint with the DICT through the FOI about the customer and technical support provided by Converge ICT Solutions, Inc. On May 30, 2022, we lost our internet connection. We reached out to the company through several channels, including their social media channels. Fortunately, our internet connection was back on June 4, 2022, but without any assistance from the ISP. We continued to have a connection to the internet for three weeks, up until June 27, 2022. We lost our connection again and have not heard any real updates since (as of July 3, 2022).
