Hi NBI, I would like to complain about Shopee Philippines on their games. First was the Shopee Lucky Prizes where you spin the wheel and then you got the prize that you won. My problem is I always got vouchers that I won't use that to buy their products because I don't have enough money and even golden tickets for their raffle which is considered cheating. They will pick the winner who has many golden tickets. My serious problem about their games is the Shopee Claw, this really pissed me off. I have 3 or 6 free chances to pick a item on their free claw.
When I picked the item, it always falls down and I got nothing even I picked the item. Any kinds of days that they said on their game it's always something wrong for me always. Those disappointment that I got from Shopee Philippines on their games is will be my complaint letter to you. I hope you will take this action of my complaint and tell Shopee Philippines to fix their app, games and themselves as soon as possible. I hope to hear your response soon. Thank you and god bless.
