Good day. I have been communicating with Globe since December 2020 for the bill I haven’t even use, and that I already done all the requirements thats they want Me to file to cancel the account , but until now Globe keep on sending me bill of A Plan ,that I haven’t received any sim and phone and not used. They said the reason is refused to receive the unit, but no one called me that the Plan was approved. Now all i want is to stop sending me Bill and cancel the Plan. Thank You
