Hi good day, I would like to request any provisions or articles in the labor code that allows employers to not shoulder our uniforms. I work at a healthcare company for a year and i just resigned this March 2020, and i was surprised that they told me they wouldnt give refund or pay for my uniform because the uniform wasnt able to last for 6 months upon its date issued. Is this really on the law?
