This is to introduce Ms. Mae Q. de Dios an Architecture student of the Technological Institute of the Philippines, Manila who is currently working on a preparation for a thesis book under the course of AR511S4-Architectural Design 9 – AR 51FA1. Handled by Ar. Rowee Andrew Apor, a faculty member of the said school. In this regard, permission is sought from your office to enable to acquire statistics and other forms of data gathering about Algae production as a proponent for biofuels. For the main reason to design a research facility for Algae.
