Hi, I would like to request fir access to the Community Development Plan of Santa Maria, Laguna. As an architecture student at National University, I am in the process of formulating my thesis study and believe that the insights and goals outlined in the Community Development Plan would be invaluable in shaping my research. My objective is to use the plan as a foundational resource to develop innovative design proposals aligned with the community's vision and aspirations.
