October 8, 2019 Dear Cariza Espiritu, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 09, 2019 12:24:16 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Community Based Monitoring System Household and Barangay level Data. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. The DILG spearheads the advocacy on the use of CBMS and provides free technical assistance in its implementation, however, according to the Bureau of Local Government Development, the CBMS data is owned/within the custody of the concerned LGU. As such, it is recommended that consent of the LGUs be secured and the request for CBMS Datasets be directed to them. For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://www.foi.gov.ph/help. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hon. Eduardo M. Año, Secretary, DILG-NAPOLCOM Center, Quezon Ave., Quezon city.
