Good Morning! I am Rianne Blanza of NEDA Region 5. I am incharge on the Communication sub-sector of the Infrastructure Development of the Regional Development Plan. In view thereof, may I request the following data in relation to the updating of the plan: 1) updated or latest map of cell site coverage in the Bicol; 2) percentage of total telephone lines that are being used in Bicol; 3) average broadband download speed (Mbps); 4) proportion of households with internet connection to the number of household.
