Hi! May I kindly request for a list of all commercial buildings in Metro Manila with details such as developer, property management company, number of floors, dimensions, etc?

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. The DPWH is mandated to undertake (a) the planning of infrastructure, such as national roads and bridges, flood control, water resources projects and other public works, and (b) the design, construction, and maintenance of national roads and bridges, and major flood control systems. However, you may wish to contact the City Engineering Offices in all cities of Metro Manila with regards to your concern.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to DPWH Acting Secretary Roger Mercado.
