Good day! Yes, I have coordinated this out with PSBA- Manila through their portal for online academic credentials request but I need to obtain my Student ID number to complete such request. I forgot my student number already and I dont have any physical copies of any of my student records before because all of my personal documents were gone (due to Marawi siege). I am in Mindanao right now and I dont know of anyone who can drop by PSBA-Manila in Luzon to ask for those info. As the online request form has stated, any previous student of PSBA- Manila can email their registrar to ask for their student number. I did that and still I didn't get any email response from their registrar up until now.
