I enclose a copy of Memorandum Circular 2017-024 of the information you requested. Students are entitled to a fare discount of not less a 20% of e approved adjusted fare every day, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays as per MC 2017-024 Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected].
