Hi! I would like to request for Certification of English as Medium of Instruction ( EMOI ) ;

1. Year taken from 2008-2010
2. At Agusan Institute of Technology in Butuan City

Agusan Institute of Technology a College School was close long time ago. I really needed EMOI for my one and very important requirements to be submit in Canada for application of Student Visa.

Please kindly help me , i dont know where would i get a certification on a totally closed College School.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, please be advised that the Commission does not issue such certification. We suggest coordinating with your  CHED Regional Office in which your Higher Education Institution belongs to. You may reach out to your CHED Regional Office (https://ched.gov.ph/regional-offices/) for assistance to contact your institution. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
