Your Request: You asked for College Accreditation. Response to Request: Please be informed that the Commission does not accredit Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). Accreditation is voluntary and is facilitated by private accrediting agencies such as FAAP. However, the Commission recognizes the programs of higher education institutions. Please visit the CHED Website for the list of recognized HEI by CHED. I enclose a copy of the information you requested. Your right to request a review: If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
