In your FOI request, you are requesting information where to buy the coffee moisture meter that was mentioned in our Facebook (FB) post. The Coffee Moisture Meter is non-destructive, inexpensive, simple yet provides accurate results in determining the moisture content of green coffee beans (GCB) and parchment coffee. It was developed by Philippine Center for Postharvest Development & Mechanization (PhilMech) through the funding support of DOST-Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (DOST-PCAARRD).
