Hello, 

I keep getting these harassing texts from CocoPeso that just does not sit well with me. Unionbank is down today and I did try to tell them about my situation and make arrangements over the phone however, they keep on insisting to pay immediately. Failure to comply will mean that they would cause me, my family, and all my contacts harm.

Is this request offensive?
