Hello, Other than a receiving a copy of the Coconut Productivity and Rehabilitation Agenda (COPRA) of the DA, I would also like information on the following: (1) WHO is qualified to get coconut hybrid seedlings in CALABARZON? What is the definition of a "qualified" farmer? (2) Is there a fund for farmers who receive these hybrid seedlings, so they can continue to plant and earn from their land as they wait for 4-5 years for the seedlings to blossom? (3) Where do these seedlings that are being distributed in CALABARZON come from?
