According to the NTC approval letter dated 27 May 2016, the conditions for the approval of the co-use of the 700 MHz spectrum includes: a quarterly progress report by the co-users on the increasing capacity, and three-year roll out plans, due by 27 July 2016.
I would like a copy of the roll-out plans, and the progress reports of the co-users of the 700MHz spectrum from 2016 until the present (assuming said co-users complied with the NTC order). Absent said documentation, a document indicating that the co-users did not make the proper submissions and are not compliant will suffice.
Thank you.

Nine day extension for copies of documentation that should already be in the possession of the agency? That's rather disappointing.
If nothing was submitted, a memo that nothing was submitted would have been sufficient, as I indicated in the original body of the message.
