August 25, 2021 Dear Mr. De Jesus, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Aug 20, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for updated list of CMTS, 3G AND BROADBAND WIRELESS ACESS (BWA) FREQUENCY BANDS. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office noticed that you failed to provide us with the photocopy of your valid identification together with your address and contact details in your request.
