Good day! I hope to acquire all Customs Memorandum Orders, Customs Memorandum Circulars and Customs Administrative Orders From 1995-2019 together with amendments if there is some. I am a graduate student of Customs Administration. Requested Information will be used for our review proper as preparation for the upcoming board exam on November. I hope you can help me.
