Good day, this is Andrea Joyce Angeles, a 5th year architecture student at Technological Institute of the Philippines. I am currently researching for my undergruate architectural thesis that requires the following documents/ maps for site analysis purposes:
1. Latest Master Development Plan of New Clark City
2. Available lots for Institutional/ Government structures (and land cost per sqm if data is available)
3. Possible site for the proposed Virology Institute (VIP)
4. Zoning Map/ Land Use Plan of New Clark City
5. Site Data & Analysis of NCC
6. Hazard Maps (earthquake, flooding, etc

Good day Mr. Buensalida,
Attached here is my Endorsement Letter signed by my Thesis Coordinator and Thesis Adviser, together with my school ID.
I am currently pursuing a research on the proposed Virology and Vaccine Institute of the Philippines that the government eyes to be established at the New Clark City. I have read from the BCDA that the project is already on their list of infrastructure flagship projects, approved by the Economic Development Cluster under the Institutional Zones. I would just like to know more detailed information regarding this and if what/where are the specific lot/s that this would be built. This is vital for us, Architecture students, to have the actual information regarding the sites/ projects we are proposing since we are conducting a comprehensive site analysis regarding its past,present, and future conditions before coming up with the architectural design of the project as if it will be proposed on real life.
Also, may I know if this is also where I can get a Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) for the possible lot areas? since the actual exact bearing and measurements of the lot is also a requirement on our study. Thank you so much.
