Hi! For my thesis research, I would like to know more information for proposing a design for the luxury mountain resort for the Swiss Challenge that was posted by the BCDA. I would like to request the following for the site which is located in New Clark City in Capas, Tarlac: -Zoning Ordinance -Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) -Building Height Limit (BHL) & Floor-Lot Area Ratio (FLAR) -Topographical map, Soil Type Map, Seismic Map, Liquefaction Map, Soil Erosion Map/Landslide Map, Flooding Map, -Existing trees on-site & types of trees on site Hoping for your kind consideration.
