Sir, Good day! I would like to ask your good office how to claim the (certificate of land transfer) CLT issued to Mr. Martirez A. Tuazon with CLT number 0-080460 Details of the certificate of land transfer are as follows; 1. located at Lanot, Roxas City, Capiz (06-03-80-020/023.00) 2. lot no. 00096 3. no reference existing title number 4. no old survey number 5. approximately 0.5600 has. 6. book number 060380/1981 7. page 640 How can we claim the awarded land because according to the local staff of DAR they cant verify it.
