The response of the latter was that the Lot 343 of Title No. T-2323 is still subject for survey to be conducted by Dela Peña Surveying Office. Furthermore, in your email to the DARMO last September 15, 2022, you were seeking for an approximate date of availability of the Geodetic Engineer (GE) contractor and were also asking if the team of Engr. Mario E. Dela Peña will contact you upon the conduct of survey. We have instructed the DARMO concerned to directly coordinate with you and respond to your queries with dispatch, and to furnish us of all the actions taken thereon to track the progress of your request. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to DAR Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III, Elliptical Road, Diliman, Quezon City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
