Good day! I would like to request your good office a copy of Climatological Normal Values in Nueva Vizcaya any available year of data up to present. This is highly appreciated and will be utilized in the computations of evapotranspiration rate in Nueva Vizcaya in order to derive and compute for the water duty needed in the design of irrigation canals in the said province.
