I am John Clark L. Ambida, a 4th Year BS Computer Science student of New Era University. I would like to request a dataset coming from your department which I could use for my thesis, entitled “Radial Basis Function Neural Network based Oryza Sativa Grain Yield Forecasting”. To be specific, I am requesting for an annual data of the following attributes from 1987 to 2018 for the province of Nueva Ecija.
a. Minimum, Average and Maximum Rainfall
b. Minimum, Average and Maximum Humidity
c. Minimum, Average and Maximum Temperature
d. Minimum, Average and Maximum Sunshine Duration

I refer to my letter of Dec 17, 2018 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Climate Attributes affecting Rice Grain Production of Nueva Ecija. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Mar 11, 2019.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
