4. The temperature reading (maximum and minimum) by month and year from 2014 to 2021 in Bohol

I am a COSW Information Systems Analyst I of Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Bohol and I was tasked to assist in researching data for the office's publication, Countryside in Figures, for the year 2022, and this includes acquiring data on the following:
1. Top 10 information highlights on climate for Bohol (with accompanying table of data).
2. The coldest month by year and/or by city/municipality : Bohol, 2014-2021
3. The hottest month by year and/or by city/municipality : Bohol, 2014-2021

Good morning. Thank you for your assistance. With this information, the PSA Bohol annual publication Countryside in Figures 2022 Edition would surely be more informative and meaningful to future readers.
I just have a few questions. I'd like to verify this straight from you before I proceed using the data:
1. Are the data/readings in the municipality of Dauis representative of the entire province of Bohol's rainfall, minimum and maximum temperature, wind speed and direction?
2. In the data provided, what is the unit of measure used for wind speed?
3. What is the unit of measure used for wind direction?
4. What is the unit of measure used for rainfall?
5. What is the unit of measure used for temperature?
