Hi! I would like to request for a refund of my 4-copy clearance payments amounting to  620 pesos (4*155). I made four paid clearance transactions today, May 11, 2022, unknowing that your office can authenticate photocopies of an original NBI clearance.

*All transactions were paid via GCASH.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
